Acceptance to Fall 2012 program?

I am currently an LPN with a Bachelors of Science in another field. I applied to the LPN to RN program a few months ago and had my transcripts evaluated but I still have not been assigned an advisor and have had no contact as to what I need to do next. I know from previous emails when I was trying to figure out how to apply, I don't need to take any acceptance tests since I already have a Bachelors degree and an active LPN license. Anyone know how I should proceed? Did you get acceptance emails or letters in the mail? If you applied are you automatically accepted?

Also, I'm in Illinois :)

    GYPSYLPN, have you submitted an application to the university and the nursing department? Call ISU and ask to speak with nursing department. You will still need to take TEAS exam and 4 challenge exams. The deadline for fall 2012 is June 1st. If you want to get into the program for fall, contact them and inquires as to if they have received everything. I would contact admissions first. Admissions Number 800-468-6478 nursing Dept. 812-237-8963 or 888-293-4842. I hope you are able to get everything in before deadline. I wish you well.

    I called there Friday morning and figured out what had happened with my correspondence, so hopefully everything will be rolling now. Thank you for your response though. I do appreciate it. :)
