I can't give you advice about how well you can 'cope' with science intense courses: that depends on your aptitude for science and your overall study habits. You're the best judge of that.
Accel BSN is a valid nursing program. At the end of the program, you are entitled to sit the NCLEX (national council on licensure exam). Passing that exam confers upon you registration as a nurse (RN).
You should have no problems getting a job w/ an RN license. You should have no problems being recognized as a BSN graduate.
It's the NCLEX exam that makes you an RN. But in EVERY state, you cannot take the exam until you graduate from a qualified school. Diploma programs, ADN programs, Traditional BSN programs and Accel BSN programs are all recognized as qualified programs to sit the exam.
