Acc?

I keep reading about the nursing school ACC. Can anyone explain to me the actual name of the school? LOL. As I would like to go back and finish my degree. Thank you!!!!!!

It's Arapahoe Community College in Littleton.

There is quite a waiting list, but it is an excellent school with a very high NCLEX pass rate.

Good luck in your endeavors.

So how long is the wait in ACC? Is it really three long years???

thanks!!!

Yes, really. I went on the waitlist May 2005 and was offerred my spot in Fall 2008, which I am taking. At the time I went on the waitlist you didn't need as many of the prereqs completed as you do now to get on. So how quickly the future list will go remains to be seen. May go slower because people on it are more prepared, or may go faster because people are prepared to get into other programs for a BSN. Students getting in this Fall have been on the waitlist at least three years. My first offer was for an Alternate, and that was changed a few weeks ago to a "Provisional" offer.

Goodluck Calico! I am done with Psy 235 and English 121 pre-req and got A's . This fall semester I am planning on taking Bio 202. I haven't called the ACC Nursing yet. Thanks for your info regarding the waitlists.
