ACC ADN program

Hey all,

I just graduated from high school and am starting my prereqs for acc's mobility nursing program this summer. I am super intimidated by the acceptance rate into the actual program. It seems as though even if I make all A's and a 100 on the HESI exam I still will not get in the first time around. Is it possible to apply to the program before all of your coreqs are done to get more review points? Who all has gotten in the first time around and how many points did you have? If you were wait-listed how long were you on the wait-list? Sorry for all the questions :bag:

Any help is appreciated!

Hi, I have graduated from ACCs LVN and RN programs, so I can offer some insight. However, you mentioned that you just graduated from high school... Do you realize the mobility program is for licensed professionals only? LVN, EMT, PTA/OTA, RT, etc? You may need to look at the traditional program instead.

as far as the competition, I know many who have had perfect 4.0 have to wait 1 - 2 semesters to get accepted. You can potentially apply early to get review points but either way you will likely still have to wait. I haven't known of anyone who got in On their first try since maybe 2010 or so.

However, if you're just starting pre-reqs you may find everything different by the time you're able to apply. I feel like the system of points would "roll over" sometime as people who wait a while get accepted but who knows.

ACC is a great and highly regarded program; it's worth waiting for!

Ah I meant traditional! My bad. Thank you though!
