I'm sitting in the parking lot of the testing center feeling like I'm going to vomit because I'm so nervous about this test. I've read so many posts about people not passing that I have freaked myself out. I have an hour to get myself together. I think I'm just posting this as a way to calm down. Please send me good vibes and prayers.

OliveOyl91, BSN, RN 292 Posts Specializes in Orthopedics, Trauma. Jun 16, 2017 I just took my TEAS and am soooo relieved. I got a 79% composite score broken down as follows:Reading 80.9%Math 90.6%Science 61.7%English 87.5%I was hoping to do better on my science, but my score is still well above my school's minimum benchmark. Now I have to wait until August to hear if I got in.

I hear that the science portion is brutal which has me a little worried. It is encouraging to see others passing though!
OliveOyl91, BSN, RN 292 Posts Specializes in Orthopedics, Trauma. Jun 16, 2017 Thank you! :)The science portion is very heavy on A&P and microbiology. My downfall was th at I would read the question and two answers would pop up in my mind, and they would have both of my potential answers listed.
xxstarrynitesxx 1 Article; 365 Posts Jun 16, 2017 You are welcome :) I had heard it was heavy A&P, but this is my first time hearing about microbiology. Fortunately, I'll be tutoring for micro up until I apply. I'll be taking the second semester of A&P in the fall, but I'll be doing a major review of the first semester material this summer. I'm slowly easing myself into studying for the TEAS which I don't need to take until next April. I'll definitely be sure to focus heavily in those areas come major review time. Thank you for letting me know!
