The best advice I can offer you on the nursing exams is not let real-world experiences influence your answer choices. We are all guilty of "this is how we handle this at work". These exams are based on textbook theories only. Most of all, be prepared to recognize that what you studied is the same situation in the form of a patient-care scenario. Go do what you do!
