Really, reviewing any of it will help, but because you'll probably be taking pathophysiology the first year, learning the what should be normal about the body will be good to review before learning about what is abnormal. The first year of med school students go over everything that is normal, and in the second year they go over what is abnormal. Relearn what tissues should normally look like, the steps of bone repair, abrasion repair in the skin, pacemaker cell/nervous system regulation of heart-beat, etc.

You could go by body systems. Cardio, Pulm, endocrine, integumentary, skeletal, GI, hemo, Neuro (brain, spinal cord), cellular. Pick a body system and focus on that for however long. I liked looking at anatomy first. Getting an idea of where this are. How they connect to one another. Then go in how they work with each other and why.
