what to do

I worked as a student tech for 4 days. Should I put this on an application and tell my reasons for quitting, or should I leave it out? Thanks in advance!

Leave it out. 4 days isn't really contributing to your experience and it could give them a bad impression.

If you are applying to that hospital, or the healthcare system where you worked, you will need to put it in. They can find that you falsified information. Otherwise, I agree, I would leave it out.

thanks for the input. yes it's in the same system. I guess it does make sense to put it in then, at least I would be able to explain it as best as I can...
