Please help!

I hope someone can help me! I had a cna license suspended in 1999. I took the blame for my boyfriend stealing pills. Such a horrible mistake! I was 17 and not that bright. I just graduated nursing school in June and got my RN license. Had some criminal charges with an abusive ex husband. ..cleared that up with Ahca...which took forever! Got a job at a local hospital, finished my first week and was told im on on an exclusion list with the OIG. I hope I can get through this without losing my job. Nothing is on my nursing license right now. I JUST Got IT In July. Any advice? It's been since 1999 and was in another state. Help!

If you're on the OIG exclusion list, chances are you will lose your job because you aren't allowed to work anywhere that accepts Medicare or Medicaid.
