Pinoy nurses in texas?

Hi iam ken , i graduated last 2010 with a BSN degree in the philippines , migrated in here in u.s.a last november 2010 and applied for nclex exam for california last 2011 and got denied . so i tried to apply nclex exam in new mexico and passed the exam. i just want to ask my fellow filipino nurses here if where in texas should i reside to get a better job? houston? san antonio or dallas? please help me decide please :) and also how much is the rent in there? is there any room for rent available? thank
