Interview at surgical clinic

Hello all, I am a new LPN grad and I have an interview at a surgical clinic at a nearby hospital on Wednesday. Any tips for the interview? I am wearing black flats, with nice black pants and a button up purple long sleeve shirt. I plan to wear my hear up in a ballerina type bun. I am planning to bring my resume, clinic evaluations from when I was in nursing school and a list of questions I have for the interviewer. Some of these include: how long is orientation and what is involved in orientation? Are there any opportunities for continuing education and additional certifications through the company? What is a typical day like in the clinic? and How does the company evaluate their workers performances and how often? Are these good questions to ask? Any other information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
