How do I get my stamina up to pass NCLEX RN?

I graduated March 2012 and only got my ATT in March 2013. I failed my first attempt at NCLEX RN. I reached the maximum of 265 question and tested for 5 1/2 hours (maximum is 6hrs). Meaning I was pretty in between. DUring the exam I was so tired and didn't pace myself. I was just waiting for it to be over with. Any advice on how I can get my stamina up for the exam? Also how many hours a day did you study for NCLEX RN? Everyone keeps telling me to focus on questions this time. Would that really help? THanks. I got my second ATT and am really in need of some advice.
