any tips for a new urology nurse?

I have just been offered a new job in a urology office. Would love some advice on any books that may be helpful to prepare for my job and/or any tips you may have to help me be successful in this job. Thanks!!

    I reccomend you start by looking on the Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates (SUNA) website, there are patient education fact sheets available to download free, and you can purchase publications like the Telephone Nursing Practice in Adult Urology. There are lots of CE's with audio & powerpoint presentations. SUNA is one of the main information sources for many urology nurses.
