New RN salary in the Philadelphia area

Hi Everyone,

Doesn't anyone know what the starting salaries/ hourly pay are for new RN's working in the Philadelphia Hospital Area / or specifically the hourly pay for new RN's. I justed received my RN Lic on Monday and now I am uploading my resume everywhere in the Philly area. I would appreciate it if anyone can share ? Thank you:nurse:

Thank you Ms. Jazzo for the link:); but if anyone else can add additional info I would appreciate it....

I'm a new grad RN in Philly and the starting salary is about $27-29/hr plus night/weekend shift diff, depending on the hospital. I have a BSN, but it hasn't made a differene in pay at my facility.

Thank you soooooooooooooo much for this information.... I truly appreciated it very much:)

who's hiring?

I think that right now, it isn't so much a matter of no one hiring, it's more that they're all hiring far fewer nurses than they were previously, so you really have to work to get in.
