I took it (and passed!) in June this year. I thought it was pretty tough. Scale of 1 -10 ? Ummmm, 8, I guess. If you work in a heavy cardiac unit, it may be easier for you. I work in a pretty low intensity ICU so I had to do a lot of independent study on stuff I was not familiar with. Make sure you know all your cardiac drips and protocols!
