startying to apply...starting to feel really confused!!!

hey everybody! :nurse:

thanks for your help in advance! i'm starting to think about applications and the job hunt as i'll be graduating this may with my bsn! i really would like to work in pediatrics, possibly neonatal..but am having trouble on approacihng this job search. optimally, i would love to start out in a new grad program/residency...i've looked into ones in tampa, dc, and boston...but am open to working straight onto a floor at a larger teaching hospital. i was seeing if anyone had hints on starting salaries, talking to nurse recruiters, or specific tips on hospitals (looking most seriously at the tampa bay area, ft. lauderdale, and boston!) thanks so much...anything would help at this point! :redpinkhe
