Blackberry/Palm

Does anyone know if a Blackberry phone can double as a palm pilot for a pharm program. Me and some other students are debating on getting a plam or use a Blackberry. Some input would be great.

I have a BB but it's not the same as having a Palm. I'm actually getting the Palm with some nursing software on it in a few weeks. The screen on my BB is way too small, and the nursing software for BB's is almost double the price than if you get it for a PDA.

Honestly, not that the iphone has integrated software, it is very functional. Skyscape and epocrates are pretty awesome on it.
