How competitive???

How competitive is it to transition as a LPN to a RN at a community college (CGCC) then to go on to ASU for the BSN program? I apologize in advance if this has been covered before:)

Probably not nearly as competitive as those who are just trying to get straight through starting from scratch. You actually get right into block 3 and from what I have read on this board, it hasn't been too much of a challenge. I know there are some guidelines that have to be followed even in addition to the pre-req's. They have to make sure what you learned as an LPN is enough to be prepared to go into the ADN program. I was told that once by a nursing program director. I believe there is also a test or a class they may have you take. It's vague, Im sorry. I was looking at the same route and that is what I remember froma conversation I had with one of the programs here at a community college.
