On the RN license verification, it states the county. Is this the county where the RN lives or the county where they work? I'm getting ready to apply to take the Nclex examination and put down my current address, but will probably move to another city and county when I am actually working. Is the county then based on the address you put down on the application? Also, is it an easy process to change your address? Thanks.

If moving state then you need to follow requirements for endorsement for new state. You can always maintain any licenses you have just ensure that they receive your new address.
