Anyone work at Overlook Hospital NJ in the Maternity Center??? I am interested in this facility. I have 2 years med/surg experience, have always wanted to work in L&D, long term goal is to obtain MSN in Midwifery. Do you recommend this hospital for my first L&D learning/working experience???? I'd appreciate your input!! Thanks!!! :D :D

Never worked there, but two of my grandkids were born there. Seemed like a good facility to me.

I have never heard of the Overlook Hospital. I have, however, heard of the Overlook Hotel. You don't want to work there... its haunted.........redrum.

I worked there for 5 years.............nice staff, BUT bad staffing ratios,unsafe at times.........why do you think they are always advertising for staff? No support from upper management either.....7 of us left at once...you take your licenses in your hands.........
