Anyone know a GREAT hospital for new grad?

I'm not sure if this is "allowed" in this forum, but I'm a new grad (in may) and am set on starting out in the ICU/CICU. My wife and I are looking to relocate to just about anywhere other than TX or AZ and I'm wondering if anyone could recommend a hospital that is outstanding as far as new grad education? I'm willing to travel anywhere for a good ICU program... so hopefully some of you can help me out!

Thanks.

Two that I checked out and really liked were Mass General in Boston and the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Both will prepare you very well for ICU work. The UCHSC will prepare you well enough to sit for the CCRN exam after two years, so their claim goes. However, the July 2007 new grad program isn't going to happen this year due to the upcoming move of the hospital to the new Anschutz facility. There will be a group starting sometime after that, however. The Poudre Valley hospital in Ft. Collins is also very, very good, though they have few openings. That's a good sign, really, as their turnover is quite low. Ft. Collins is only about an hour north of Denver. And, since you're from Idaho, you'll find Colorado to be very similar in terms of climate, activities, etc. That can be good or bad, depending on your reasons for wanting to move. ;)

Florida Hospital in Orlando, as well as ORMC, also in Orlando. Both (in the past) had great programs for new grads!!

Mass General, Vanderbilt, Baylor, UNC Hospitals, The Cleveland Clinic

Wow... looking through these places I'm really starting to wish I'd gone for a BSN from the start rather than RN and then BSN... lots of these places look like they only want BSN candidates... I'll contact each of them... who knows.

Thanks everyone for your input... and Greg, I'd love to move to CO, so hopefully they express interest, thx for the lead.

Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton OH (Magnet and 6 month internship). The Christ Hospital and University Hospital in Cincinnati also have 6 month internships.

Just curious, why not Az? I know of a few good places to start...
