Rpn to rn

Hey guys so I have just finished and passed my CPRNE. I graduated with a lower gpa (2.7). I have now decided that I would like to go further and do RN. I'm thinking of doing durham college post diploma certificates to upgrade my admissions average by 12 percent.

My question is do I have a chance to get in with my low gpa when I'm done upgrading.

Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Thanks

It's hard to say because it depends on the people who are applying the same year that you are. I would say to focus on the certificate and apply to the program afterwards and see where it takes you. I know UOIT allow certificate programs to upgrade the gpa but don't know about other schools.
