· Someone who has been in a nurse management role such as a Charge Nurse/Team leader, Head Nurse/Manager, Director of Nursing, or Chief nursing Officer for 3 or more years.
· Someone who has been in a nurse management role such as a Charge Nurse/Team leader, Head Nurse/Manager, Director of Nursing, or Chief nursing Officer for 2 or LESS years.
The background on why I'm asking:
I'm currently enrolled in school to earn my RN to BSN degree. I should be graduating this upcoming March of 2017. I have an assignment due this Sunday September 11, 2016 at midnight PST. The assignment is on leadership. I was to find two people to interview that meet the above requirements for this paper. It took 2 ½ weeks to locate the specifics I needed and I was set up to conduct the interviews later this week. However, my father past away last night and I have to cancel the interviews this morning as I will be helping with funeral arrangements. I am also going to attempt to have the two person I had set up for the interview email me their responses if they will, but I'm scared to wait and them end up not doing it in a timely manner. If anyone could help out, it would be amazing! I do need your name and title with your responses (for APA citation). Thank you to anyone who is able to help!

What were some challenges/ roadblocks and how were these overcome?

Summarize your interview findings in a 3 – 4 page paper in APA format describing each leadership role. Title page and references are not included in the 3-4 page range. Include a minimum of two scholarly references from peer reviewed professional literature to support your views.
