The RN, EMT and MD

So after a very long hard day in the ER, a ER nurse, EMT and ER MD choose to go to a bar for drinks after work.

They order a pint of Guiness each, and as soon as they are served...the powers that be found it fate for a fly to land in each of their beers.

Absolutely grossed out the nurse pushes the beer away, not wanting anything to do with it!

The EMT, looks at the fly, takes it out...and continues to drink the beer!

The MD looks very carefully at the beer, and the fly...and gets a angry look on his face! Then with the skill of a surgeon he grabs the fly by the wings and shakes it violently screaming...'spit it out you &$#%^%...SPIT IT OUT!!!!!"....
