Accusation filed and need to renew.

Long story short... First job as a nurse which was back in 2012 I was working in MedSpa, Medspa was operating illegaly which I didn't know at the time, I got arrested and had to go to court, judge threw out case and my case was dismissed. Fast forward to 2015 I get letter in mail from board saying an accusation has been filed against me for that incident. My license is set to renew and I am debating as what to answer for question when it asks: "has license been disciplined and/or conviction". My license hasn't been disciplined "yet" it is still in the "accusation filed" stage. Has anyone gone through this or something similar. I don't want to answer wrong and than get in trouble.

Please anyone with similar situation please tell me how they went about it.
