World War II Flight Nurses Association

I am trying to locate the World War II Flight Nurses Association. This organization published a document in 1989 through Taylor Publishing Co., in Dallas, Texas, which I believe might be titled "The History of Air Evacuation." It includes the histories of many MAESes, bios, photos, and stories. The editor was Evelyn Page. The president of WWII FNA at the time was Ethel Cerasale.

I am writing the history of the Air Force Nurse Corps and this would be a valuable resource. I have a copy of the document but, in many instances, mine is unreadable, it has no page numbers, and it doesn't have a title. I have contacted Taylor Publishing, done searches at Amazon.com and used booksellers on the web, and done internet searches for the organization/book/persons. I located a Robert Page, who may be Evelyn's husband, and wrote a letter to him, but have no idea if he is connected to her or not.

I would appreciate it if anyone could put me in touch with the WWII Flight Nurses Association, the editor, the former president, someone with a good copy of the document who would lend it to me, or someone who could sell me a good copy.

Thank you very much.
