1. Working interview: I had a traditional interview today for a interventional clinic RN position. I thought it went well and I was asked back for a 4 hour working interview next week. I've never done this type of interview and am not sure what to expect? Is it paid (i forgot to ask and didn't want to talk salary at that point)? any tips or advice?
2. Informational Interview: I also have a rather informal/informational interview later this week with the director of critical care at a local hospital. I did clinicals at this hospital and recently reached out despite their being no current new grad openings. She graciously agreed to meet with me to discuss their hiring process, put name to a face, etc. I am nervous as I would love to work here and have never done this kind of meeting/interview. Any advice on what to ask, talk about, etc to stand out and make the best use of the time?
Thanks!
