where to work when u graduate

Hello everyone. my class and I are getting ready to graduate in may after a long 3yr BSn program. Anyway, we are all in our hospital internship now- 150 hrs with a preceptor in the unit of your chocie. Well, i as well as the majority of my class chose ICU. Just wondering what other people were interested in when they start working, or if there were trends in their class as well. Good luck everyone!!!!

Also- went to a job fair recently and not too many ICU's accept new grads, so I am wondering why school lets you do 150hours in that unit where you think you want to work, but then you cant find a job in it???
