Work from home

I’m wondering if anyone has a remote RN position that they love. I need to know the good, bad and ugly…. All of it! I’ve been a nurse for 17 years and recently my company has made some changes and it has been negatively impacting me. I currently work part time ,  2  10 hr days in a preop setting. I personally know 6 RNs who have left bedside nursing to work from home and they love it. However, I am not able to, nor do I want to, login and work every day from home.  I could work full time if it could be flexible , a few hours in the morning, a few in the afternoon, a few in the evening and a few at night. Or possibly crank out all of my work in the morning. Is this a realistic idea? Are there remote jobs out there that can provide this flexibility? I’m really struggling right now and not sure what to do. Any insight would be so appreciated!

I know of positions that do QA utilization review or insurance review. But will likely need compact license. Check out indeed.

I am a manager for a telehealth company. Most remote positions that I've seen require a regular schedule because they have to have appropriate staffing for the lines.
