What was the least amount of time you spent at a workplace before you decided to quit? I recently got hired at a facility a month ago but I pretty much already hate it and want to quit:nailbiting:. What were some of the reasons why you decided quit a job? The reason why i want to quit is because there are not enough nurses at this facility and they talk about each other behind their backs:devil:

Find another place if your not happy there. I left my last job because the management was horrible, and they could not keep nurses because of it. I was only there 8 months, when i left every nurse i knew was looking for another job. Many nurses came and left in those 8 months,, some quit the first week out of orientation.
Wow. How sad! I've REALLY REALLY considered leaving. I'm hoping my last shift is tomorrow, to be honest. It's hard not to compare this new place to the other facility i'm at. The other facility is Christian based whereas the new facility is not. There's just too much of staff talking behind other people's backs and my patience has run thin with the electronic documentation system. I dont think i can take this place anymore... I feel like I don't belong and that I'm not a good fit for this facility...
Never worked longer hours and I've never worked in a hospital. The lpn shift starts at 0800 and ends at 1830. I openly heard one of the nurses say they were going to call in sick if so and so was working! I wanted to work to get out of my other job and I didn't care about anything but getting this new job. I don't even know why they hired me. On my first day at his new facility, I didn't even have a computer login so I can chart and til this day, I STILL don't have hand scanner information to clock in or out! And I've asked a few times already!
