Which offer to accept

Hi! I have to offers one from TCH a med surg day position for $36. It’s a commute but I don’t mind as such since it’s days. Other is a work from home phone triage M-F for $39. But it’s only temporary as they would like me to go work at the clinic after 6-9 months, depending on how Covid is. Wanting opinions. Thanks

Hi! Are you a new grad? If so, I'd say start in med surg and  get some skills and  develop a strong foundation of critical thinking, prioritization, and  organization. If you already have those things established I'd definitely take the phone triage, it's more money, work from home, and  I think working in a clinic would be an ideal job. Good luck!
