Where should I apply?

i've worked in med/surg for almost 10 years. would like to learn something new. thinking ob and babies. i wanted to do ob and babies since i was in school but i thought i should have a little bit of med/surg experience first. then i ended up having personal ob and baby experience! :) and now 13 years after graduating, i'm still without hospital ob experience.

i've been looking and it seems almost all ads say ob experience required.

(where do i get experience if no on will hire me so i can get some experience?)

i live south of seymour. thinking of applying in indy. where should i start?

are any indy hospitals giving sign-on bonuses right now?

i'd be willing to float in med/surg if that'll get my foot in the door.
