When all sections are closed, what do you do!?

I'm applying to 3 programs (2 ADN, 1 BSN). The BSN program I'm applying to is CUNY Lehman and one of the requirements is to be accepted to the school before applying. I applied in early November of 2012 and received an acceptance letter today (3/5/2013). I called to ask about registering for the HESI and they said all sections are closed. Anyone have experience with this?? What do you do when all the sections are closed, are you completely locked out of applying for the program?

I am in the exact same situation. Lehman is my first choice and other schools I am applying too also require the HESI but different portions. I dont know what to do at this point.
