Actually, the term "pediatric" refers to children of all ages -- from infancy up through adolesence. I can't tell from the original post whether the write is interested in children of all ages ... babies of up to a year or so ... newborn babies (birth to 28 days) ... or premature babies.

Perhaps if the original poster would tell us a little more about her interests, we could direct her to the words and/or resources that would be of most help to her.
