I'm waiting to hear if I got into Inver Hills. I have a 3.0 GPA (not great, I know) B's in my sciences, all pre-req's done. I've been a Nursing assistant at Childrens Hospital for 7 years, and have military experience as a med tech where I did IV's, Blood draws, Started Foley's, NG's ect. (Most nursing stuff -meds.)I have a deployment under my belt as well. I have wonderful letters of recomendation and included a resume and list of tasks I was signed off of in the Air Force. My biggest down fall is my compleation rate. I had changes in major before I knew I wanted to do this for sure, as well as financial and personal hardships (mom had Cancer). I have never read that compleation rate was a factor, but I'm really worried about it. I can't stand the waiting, and I'm really hoping to get in for the Fall. I hear there is more weight on experience, which is what I'm banking on. What do you guys think my odds are?
