what are my options

Hello, I'm not sure what to do. I have taken my exit exam 3 times for my LVN school. For my school, it is a requirement to pass to graduate from my school in order it take your NCLEX. However, my school had passed other student who did not score 900 on their exit exam. I scored 884. I have been put into a remediation class in order to take my exit, but I have not heard back from my school. Should I challenge the board or seek legal advice?
