What do I do?

I applied to 3 nursing schools. I was accepted as an alternate at my first choice school, which means that I could find out anytime between now and the day before school starts in August whether I got in. There's a chance I could not get in at all. I just got an email today that I was accepted at my last choice school - in the program for sure. What do I do? Do I accept my last choice program knowing that there's a chance I could leave that in the next few months to go to my first choice school if I'm accepted there? Is that OK to do?
