What should I do?

I was recently offered a 3 month new grad intern program at a hospital 50 minutes away from me in late April. I accepted it and went through about 3 weeks of orientation. The hospital that's 20 minutes away from me emailed me about their new grad program that's 3 months as well. Interviews are running next week, and I have been invited to go. I don't know what to do. If I get offered a position in the hospital closer to me, should I leave my current job that I just started? Both hospitals are within the same system (organization) just different campuses. Would the hospital closer to me see that I am working in their affiliated hospital, because the criteria is that this would have to be my first acute care job. However, I have worked as new RN for 2 weeks… my first week was classroom orientation. Would I be burning a bridge, and would I be disqualified for potential hire?

I would go to the interview and say that I was exploring the possibility -- gathering information. Say that you are happy in your new job, but curious about the opportunity to work closer to home. Ask your questions there. See what they say about your situation before making any commitments.
