What classes are doable in the program?

Hi everyone. I need some advice here. I am sorry for the long post. I am planning to apply for the nursing program at a community college for the Fall 2020 semester. There are only 4 required pre reqs, Chem 121, Bio 121, English 101 & Statistics to apply to the program. I currently have a 4.0 and the program only requires a 2.75 for the nursing program. Ive taken bio 121, chem 121 and English 101. I started stats but dropped it. However, you must complete microbiology, AP1 and AP2 either before or when you are in the program. You are also required to get your CNA before applying. Id like to do AP1 because I heard the teas has some questions that involve anatomy. Would I be able to do stats and AP1 together and do my CNA weekend classes? The first semester you only take nursing 102 so I could take micro with it or AP2. Is that doable? Quick background, I do work 25 hours a week and have a 2 year old but a very supportive partner. I have considered taking out some student loans next semester to get by because I won't owe anything after the program. I really do not want to waste another semester and summer if I finished all the pre reqs, id like to apply asap! please any advice would be great.
