My first interview on Friday!!!! I'm super excited, but really nervous. What should I bring with me?
Another resume? Letters of recommendation? Or, does this look silly since the recruiter has all of this already?
Any advice?

I always brought a copy of everything, note pad, working pen, big smile, and a warm handshake.
Be prepared for anything.
Good luck!

Bring a professional folder/portfolio with copies of your resume, cover letter, transcripts (if you're a new graduate), and letters of recommendation. Bring enough copies to give to every person you'll meet with, just in case. Also bring some blank paper and a pen for taking notes, and a list of questions that you want to ask.
It doesn't look silly. It makes you look prepared. In one of my interviews, the recruiter didn't have my resume printed- he had it on his computer- but his computer wasn't working. So if I hadn't had copies of my resume than he wouldn't have been able to look over my skills/qualifications while interviewing me, which would have given me a poor shot. You want the recruiter to associate you with the application. They also might need to make copies of your transcripts of letters of recommendation- which they can't do from an online application. Finally, having a portfolio gives you a place to put any papers that they might give you (insurance information, etc.) and it looks much better to carry paperwork in a folder rather than carrying them loosely.
