I posted up a very similar question a few days before my exam and you know I don't know that anyone truly ever feels ready. Despite studying since Jan 09 and doing everything that I did -- when my test date came around I didn't feel ready. But I passed!

In comparison with the first time I took the NCLEX, I would say that I handled my anxiety much better and had more confidence. There are no guarantees though with the NCLEX. There's always that bit of uncertainty that prevents you from feeling absolutely 100% sure before going into the testing center.
