I'm very excited to have just started my application for Wayne State University's CD2 program. I was hoping to find people who have been through the program to get some more insight on what to expect. Specifically:
1) What were your likes and dislikes about the program?
2) What is a typical class schedule? I know accelerated programs are very fast paced but is it a Monday-Friday all day kind of the thing?
3) I know Wayne State doesn't recommended working while in the program. I was hoping to go contingent at my current position so that I could keep my ties to the hospital. Is this feasible?
4) I was looking at the required classes and can't tell if the program includes a senior capstone. If it does, what is the process for being assigned to a certain unit?
Thank you so much for any and all answers!
