I have a patient who is a high risk for elopement. We have a secured unit and we've tried multiple times to place our wanderguard on her ankle. However, she continues to find ways to cut it off and the family does not want us to take utensils out of her room. I'm really stumped on any tricks to get her to keep it on. Any suggestions?
