Waiting List for Winter 2015 Nursing Program @ Grant MacEwan

Hello. I also applied for the winter intake of 2015 and have been conditional accepted. Are you wait listed or does it tell you to complete the security clearance?

Hi! It doesn't say anything currently on my application, it still says that I'm waitlisted.. And, I heard this can take up to October to know whether or not I have got accepted or not..

Ooh. I really hope you get in! Because thr same thing happen to me in for September and I'm still waiting for them to call to see if I get in this fall..

I think you might be able to know for fall term by the end of this month.. Cause my friend applied and they notified her last minute! I was super worried and anxious but now I just learned to relax

Ooh last minutes are so confusing because of the security clearance. Are you going to orientation on the 28th of august ?

Nah i dont think so.. they didnt even send me anything about the security clearance or anything... so, i dont think me even bothering to go will make a difference =/

I actually called today to see if it'd worth it and she said that it would be beneficial. It starts at 830 tmw at the main gym in thr city center campus

Hey! The nursing program for Jan. 2015 is already waitlisted?? Ahh this is so disappointing! I applied in July and have still not heard anything. My account still says they are waiting for my transcripts, and they have had them now for almost two months. I spoke with them and they said the system is just not updated, but they have them. I am getting really worried now. Any info would be greatly appreciated -- congrats on the conditional acceptance

I applied for the January 2015 intake at MacEwan and my academic/security clearance say received and now my status says

"You are now able to register when enrollment opens. Your program may still have requirements that you need to meet before you can register and you may still have conditions of admission to meet. Click on the link to Registration guide for further info."

and i have a "New Student Enrolment Hold"

What does this mean? Is anyone in the same boat? :)
