Valencia accelerated nursing program

Finished this program in July of last year. I currently have a friend who’s in the program. From my understanding they are taking pretty much everyone that applies. Only a third of those who start finish without resequencing, so I’m guessing it’s an effort to have more graduates. I not sure though.

Oh wow! That's interesting. Congrats on completing the program, clearly that's something very difficult to do! Any good tips to help me get through should I get in? Now I'm even more of a nervous nelly ha

Don’t be nervous. It is difficult, but doable. People don’t finish for more than just grades. During the course of a year people have gotten pregnant, divorced, experienced death in the family, and all kinds of stuff that’s not grade related. Go in with a plan. Complete all assignments early in the week so that you can get through the reading. Be disciplined, stay on task, and don’t deviate! It can be done! Don’t ever consider failing. Do whatever it takes to finish. I had to read the chapters, I wouldn’t have passed without it. You can do it!!! Just know that going in you will not have much of a social life for a year, but the sacrifice is worth it!

Thanks so much for responding and for the info. I am totally prepared to give up whatever I have to in order to succeed! I am glad to hear it's doable. For now.. I just to survive the agonizing wait to see if I got in haha.

I got in!!! So excited!!! I did want to ask, did you work while in the program?
