UTEP PNP

Hello,

I'm inquiring about the UTEP online PNP program. I am a little unsure about an online program. I am used to the usual brick-n-mortar classroom time. I was just wondering if the class being online was more writing papers, watching pre-recorded lectures, or simply reviewing power points and reading text books? I don't have a problem with these I am just curious as to what I am getting into. I have read other posts stating that being able to to continue working full time is a big positive. Also, how likely is it to get a job after graduation? I looked it says that the program is accredited, so I'm not worried about that. Thanks for any input.
