Can they ask drug calculations or any nclex questions? If so what type did you get?
I have my interview at 10:00 a.m.

Every interview is different! It depends what hospital, what department, etc. If this is your first interview, be prepared for screening types of questions. Be able to explain why you want the position, why you are a good fit for the hospital, know the hospital's mission statement and incorporate it into your answers. Think back to your clinical experiences and be prepared to give examples of times when you acted as a leader, were apart of a team, were challenged, etc.
Drug questions are fair game, I had to take a med math test before my first interview! They are usually very common meds (Dig, lasix). I also was asked patient scenario questions. Usually these are kept fairly basic!
Good luck tomorrow! (:

I went on two interviews last week for an RN assisted living position and they asked me a ton of questions about my clinical experiences.. i.e.: have you ever disagreed with something one of your patients decided to do, have you ever seen another nurse or student in your clinical group make a mistake and did you correct them, have you ever had a family member who was rude and disrespectful towards you and what did you do, etc. For the one interview, I got a ton of basic nursing questions about different diseases (signs/symptoms, medications used to treat them, etc.) Like I said, this was for an assisted living RN position so I'm sure your questions will differ depending on where you are interviewing. Good luck! :)
