Hi everyone. Good Day! I reaaaaally need your suggestion about my situation..
I am a Registered Midwife and Registered Nurse from the Philippines. Currently working as a "Volunteer" Nurse at a government hospital for more than a year now.. (9 months as a Nursing Aide + 4 months as a Nurse) and as much as volunteerism is no longer allowed.. It is still an issue in this institution! My COE states that I'm only a REGISTERED NURSE. As far as we all know, it has to be stated as a STAFF NURSES for you to be able to work abroad.
Is there any way I can still be able to apply for a work overseas? Or should I have to try to another hospital and still wait for another 2 years or so?

Obtain legitimate work experience from another hospital, look up application requirements for internationally educated nurses, on various North American nursing licensing body websites, you will see proof of recent nursing practice is often required and volunteer experience is not accepted.
