upmc passavant

Ok so I have an interview coming up for an NA position at passavant. I have no experience and I know they will send me to training if I am hired. My question is what helped other people get hired in an NA position at UPMC without experience. Ive had two previous interviews that seemed to go well but I didnt get the job. People that I have talked to say they just went in interviewed, shadowed then heard back within a week and went in for training within the next month. They had no prior experience other than saying they were going to go to nursing school, which is what I am going to do. I dont know if maybe I just had a bad interview body language or said the wrong thing. The past two interviews I didnt mention having caregiver experience because it was my mom and I was never paid for it. Would mentioning that help. Its part of why I want to go into nursing. I want to work as an NA for the experience while in nursing school.
