Took NCLEXPN

I took the NCLEXPN on Friday the 25th and people were not kidding on how difficult that test could be. It is a very difficult test. I studied for a good while. Since I graduated in May till 2 days before. I live in CA so the process was so long and by the time I got my ATT I had already started Fall semester to do pre reqs for the RN. So my schedule was so busy and hectic up until my test.

My test started at 8 and I was down inside my car at 9:03am. I only got the minimum 85 questions. It was TONS and TONS of Select all that apply. Believe me when I say I had at least 50! I only had about 5 multiple choice and the rest were the ones where you put in order and a few pictures. I walked out feeling so unsure! I couldn't remember any of my questions nor my answers. I was just blanked out!! I tried the PVT and it kept telling me my results were on hold! I was like "omg I failed it!!" So I have been a grump all weekend stressing and this morning I logged in and I got the good pop up! So let's hope it stays that way and the PVT does not fail me lol.

For the ones studying for the test, please please please! Practice questions. Every day amd till your computer screen breaks (let's hope it doesn't) lol. No really practice practice practice. Review prioritizing and delegation! Learn the drug endings and which class ends in which and know the side effects from there. I know my meds inside and out and I had no idea of the meds they gave me, but I was able to tell by the endings. Umm and I can't think of anything else.

Sorry about my novel!!!!
